Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Stream IT Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our IT services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide IT services including but not limited to software development, IT support, consulting, maintenance, and related technical services (“Services”). Specific details of the Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or work order.

2. Payment

  • Fees for Services will be specified in the applicable invoice or agreement.

  • Payment is due within [30] days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of [X]% per month.

  • We reserve the right to suspend Services if payments are overdue.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and timely information and cooperation necessary for us to deliver the Services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

  • You warrant that any materials or data you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of any intellectual property developed during the provision of Services.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

  • Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

We provide Services “as is” and do not guarantee that Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days’ written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
