1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    Payments made for completed services, consulting hours, or project milestones are non-refundable.

  • Advance Payments:
    If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has begun, a partial refund of the advance payment may be issued, minus any administrative or setup fees.

  • Project Termination:
    If a project is terminated mid-way by either party, a refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on the amount of work completed up to the termination date.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date. We will investigate the issue and, if an error is found, correct it promptly and issue a refund if appropriate.
